This is my first attempt at the Trifecta Writing Challenge and it is not what I expected. They asked the group to sum up our own writing process with just three words. Why not, my words are below.
Dream. Obsess. Fidget.

Dream. Obsess. Fidget.
Fidget…. ^____^ like that…
The fidgeting is important!
Important or not it seems inevitable.
I think I resemble this description.
it’s the fidgeting I hate most… “oh, why am I doing stupid stuff like shopping and cleaning when I could be WRITING!!”
Fidget! Yes, we do. We all do, waiting for the words to come, waiting for the phrase to make sense, waiting for the publish button.
I like this.
I wish my fidgeting stopped after the publish button. I fidget until I start another story, then repeat. Thanks for the feedback.
yes, the fidgeting never ends. But that makes us “creative” …I think. ? 😉
Fidgeting creates the energy for the dreaming, perhaps. A full circle. 🙂
Not sure but I know I need them both or nothing gets done.
Certainly ‘fidget’. A verb I used in the very first challenge I took part in.
I do plenty of these myself! Welcome to Trifecta!
Thank you
Welcome to Trifecta (I’m still pretty new here myself). Great introductory post!!
Thanks. Good luck.
I’ve got the obsess step down pat 🙂 This is an unusual Trifecta format, but I’m glad you gave it a shot anyway!
I know I spend my fair share of time obsessing. My favorite part is dreaming I wish I could spend more time there. Thanks for the encouragement.
I’ll take fidgeting over cringing any day, it’s the obsessing that takes so much time
Ya it gets crazy when I get fidgety about obsessing. Thanks for the feedback.
Welcome! And would you please stop fidgeting!?!?!!?
Thank you. I’ll try!
welcome to the challenge – believe me, it gets harder 🙂 🙂 🙂
Great words! Welcome to trifecta!
Thank you
Gods it seems I do nothing but fidget too. Nice.
Obsess. That’s me. Whether it’s over the concept, the word count or the right word. Obsessing be me.
Welcome to Trifecta! And great word choices. I can relate to obsess in particular. 🙂
Ah, but the unexpected is real; it’s interesting. Thanks for coming by.
Exactly! Great choice of words.
Great. That restless part … fidget really catches it.
Fidget .. love that
All three perfect- fidget is so accurate..
